The Coaches of Benedicta Womanhood
Elissa (Fiat Institute Certified Hormone Coach) and Megan (Fiat Institute Certified Hormone Coach/Certified FEMM Cycle Charting Instructor) of Benedicta Womanhood Coaching help women re-embrace the blessing of their womanhood through fertility awareness education and hormone, mindset, and charism coaching.
With the menstrual cycle as the anchor, women will receive a holistic approach and accountability for their hormone health concerns. Through education and coaching we provide integrated program options for women who are struggling to thrive in mind, body and spirit. Furthermore, charism coaching helps women work more fully in cooperation with the Holy Spirit in their every-day lives and for the building up of the Church! All services are provided virtually.
